Our weekly caravan attendance is legendary with over 150 top local agents in attendance. REBA’s caravan list is also sent to the entire membership, which currently boasts 600 plus real estate professionals. This offers the best exposure to other real estate individuals doing business in the La Jolla area. In addition, our members have private access to our Friday publications which include an open house sheet, rental roster, and classified ad section. REBA also hosts ongoing educational seminars on a monthly basis.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP: REBA is open to all licensed real estate salespeople whose license is in good standing and are affiliated with a member office. Offices are required to pay a $500 joining fee and the broker of record must also maintain a membership. Additionally, all members agree to abide by the REBA policy statement. Affiliate members are a core part of REBA. Affiliates are welcome to attend our weekly caravan meetings where they build lasting relationships with the top La Jolla agents. The services that our affiliate members provide can be promoted in a short pitch during our open session at caravan and is crucial to the success of our 500+ agent members. We encourage our affiliate members to create content for our monthly educational seminars and are given the first opportunity to underwrite the event(s).

Since its inception REBA has required brokers to participate, after all it’s in our name. We are a brokers association that benefits member agents. By requiring the broker of record to be a member we strive for a better understanding that REBA is more than a glorified caravan, that we are a network of real estate professionals committed to professional standards and practices. All new offices pay a one-time joining fee of $500. When both the office and the broker of record’s memberships are established, any agent whose license is in good standing and working under that brokerage may join at the regular member rate of $220 bi annually.
